 BearBrook Game Meats is the place to find deer, elk, buffalo, wild boar, ostrich, emu, llama, wild turkey, ducks, geese and peacocks as well as other exotic North American meats.
Some of our featured products are Cipaille, made with natural gravy or Elderberry & Lingonberry sauce, Tortière made with emu and pork, Venison Ragout and Buffalo Goulash.
Our new additions to sample are German Rouladen, homemade Spaetzle, Red Cabbage or Sauerkraut, Baked Beans and Pea Soup. Other delicacies include Smoked Salmon and Trout, rattlesnake, alligator, kangaroo and frog’s legs. How about a Wild Boar roast, a Buffalo loin chop or an Emu Fan filet ... items not to be overlooked. Sausages, salami and pepperettes are made from Buffalo, Venison, Elk, Wild Boar, Ostrich, Emu, Duck, Turkey, Lamb, are precooked and smoked, ready for the BBQ.
